Light Cider, historically referred to as ciderkin, was produced in great quantities in New York during the colonial period. Unlike cider, its boozy counterpart, light cider was made by taking the leftover pomace from the apple press and soaking it in water. Our lo-cal light cider is a modern take on this historic New York beverage.
Our Lavender Lemon light cider is crafted with 100% NY apples aged with NY lavender from Lavenlair Farms in Whitehall, NY. This cider comes in at just 110 calories for a lo-cal, crushable drink!
